What to expect
Tables of people playing whatever they brought, whether that's a D&D campaign, a Catan board or a Magic deck. You can also join a game already under way or teach someone new your favorite. Ask your server to stamp your receipt. Local game and comic shops, including The Atomic Goblin, Heart of Gold, Newcastle Comics & Games and The Gamer's Nest, take it for a discount on a store purchase.

The Passenger sits beneath the historic Dickens Opera House, in a space built in 1881 that once held a bank. The menu is tapas-style shared plates from around the world, which suits a long game with a group. The event is meant to build community among local players, and the receipt deal links the restaurant to Longmont's game shops.
