About this event
Come join us for our most popular social run of the week. All paces, all ages, all abilities! Everyone welcome~ The “Course” is an out and back on the St. Vrain greenway so you can go as far ir as short as you’d like. Once you’re done with your run stop by the bar and grab a delicious pint, your first one is half off! You'll also get a raffle ticket after the run just for showing up. We raffle off all kinds of goodies each week at 7:15 PM! The run isn’t timed and is open to all so feel free to walk, jog, run, or skip your way on the trail. Run Wild! Drink Beer! Dogs and kiddos welcome as well! 6 PM ALL YEAR LONG
What to expect
The route is an out and back on the St. Vrain Greenway, so you turn around whenever you like. Nothing is timed, and walking, jogging, running or skipping are all fine. Dogs and kids are welcome. Back at the shop, you get a raffle ticket just for showing up, and the giveaways are drawn about an hour after the start. Prizes change weekly with a different sponsor.
Why go
This is a friendly, low-pressure way to meet other runners in Longmont, and the run goes on all year. Shoes and Brews is a running shoe store up front, with a taproom and patio in the back. It pours 20-plus Colorado craft beers and a few of its own. The post-run pint is the point of the night.
