Sonador is four good friends from diverse musical backgrounds who have come together because of their shared love for acoustic Americana music. They blend their vocal harmonies with strong rhythms and a heavenly violin.
Who's playing
Sonador came together because the members share a love of acoustic Americana, even though they come from different musical backgrounds. Helen Peterson sings and plays guitar, and Michael Wooten plays drums. A violin and a bass round out the lineup, and the harmonies are the centerpiece.
What to expect
A relaxed early-evening set on The Stage at Bricks, the venue's own music space. Bricks on Main is a mix of bistro, bar, gift shop and coworking space, so people eat dinner and have a drink while the band plays. The venue also hosts weekly open mics, blues jams and comedy, and it feels like a neighborhood gathering spot.
