Discover Taekwondo: Free Community Class

InSeng Taekwondo is first and foremost, a place for community. "InSeng" in Korean means "way of life", which perfectly incapsulates what Taekwondo is. More than just kicking and punching, Taekwondo brings people and cultures together and we aim to do just that in Boulder! Led by a former Olympic Athlete and a Team USA National Coach, come learn Korean culture through Taekwondo during this 45-minute FREE community class! Kids 5-12 will discover a sport they'll love, while teens and adults will find joy in learning something new. Kids community class will start at 4:30PM, and the teens/adults community class will start at 6:30PM. This community class will happen every month on the first Friday (second Friday if there's a holiday). Come join us, meet your neighbors, and try something new!
