Teen Costume Swap
Saturday, October 31 at Main Library, Boulder
About this event
Teens can donate clean, gently used costume pieces and accessories and take new-to-them items. Drop something off, find something fun, or do both! Teen Space Hours: Friday through Sunday: 1-4:45 p.m. Monday and Thursday: 1-6:45 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday: 1-6 p.m.
What to expect
A Costume Swap Bin sits in the Teen Space throughout October, and teens can browse it whenever the space is open. You can donate, take something, or do both. Items should be clean and gently used, and accessories count as well as full costume pieces. There is no set program, so you can stop in and leave whenever you like.
Why go
Costumes are expensive and usually worn once, so a swap is a practical, sustainable fix. The Teen Space is a relaxed spot in the Main Library for grades 6 to 12, with tables, games, comfy chairs and books. Checking the bin can be part of a regular after-school visit.
