Power of Story

We are excited to welcome our storytellers: Stephen Brackett- Artist, organizer, and co-founder of Flobots, Denver's platinum-selling hip-hop band Paige Doughty- Educator, performer, CEO and co-founder of Rainbow Socks, and one half of the beloved children's music duo, Jeff & Paige Bill LeBlanc- Innovative "Game Changer" in the Energy Industry (Association of Energy Services Professionals), Director at Terra Resource Consultants Brad Lidge- MLB pitcher for the 2008 World Series Champion Phillies, 2-time MLB All Star, Archaeologist, and PhD student at CU Boulder And more! The Colorado Educators Summit is a flagship Creative Educators Network program that will bring 30 Colorado public school teachers to Boulder during the Sundance Film Festival. Educators will experience festival screenings, creative conversations with filmmakers, and industry-aligned professional development to help them bring storytelling and media-making back to their own classrooms across the state. The Colorado Educators Summit is entirely free for these educators. Doors open at 6:30. Show starts at 7:30. Cash bar. Join us at eTown Hall to celebrate the mentors and teachers who inspire students to find their voice. All proceeds go to the Colorado Educators Summit!
