Faculty Tuesdays: A Noble Voice in Brass

A Noble Voice in Brass is a recital celebrating the life and legacy of Ritchie Clendenin, an extraordinary trumpeter, teacher, mentor and longtime member of the brass community. Featuring music for trumpet and flugelhorn, the program brings together works with special connections to Ritchie - music he performed, loved or that reflects the warmth, lyricism, generosity and humanity that defined both his playing and his life. More than a memorial, the recital is a musical portrait of a beloved musician whose influence continues through generations of musicians and educators. For complete information visit cupresents.org
