Between Light & Shadow - Guided Meditation, Art Making and Cacao Ritual

Between Light and Shadow is a workshop inviting participants to explore that space where light and shadow meet within, a quiet practice of witnessing ourselves through mark, image, and contrast. This meditative experience will take place in the galleries and will include a guided cacao ritual.
